Refunds & Returns

Luminosity adheres to the Australian Consumer Laws in regards to refunds and returns. We do not accept returns due to a change of heart so we encourage you to be absolutely sure before you purchase.

We list the size / dimensions of our crystals, as well as photos showing multiple angles of them so you can know exactly what you are purchasing. We do not exaggerate colours or remove blemishes in photos of our products.

Shipping & Handling

We take great care in packaging our crystals, and postage costs include sturdy packaging materials, therefore we do not accept liability if damage or loss occurs due to the fault of the post. For peace of mind, arrangements can be made to include optional postal insurance for an extra fee. To include this, contact us at – [email protected]

We provide tracking information for all Domestic orders. For tracked International shipping, please select this option at the checkout.

Default postage is always regular parcel post. If you require express delivery at an extra fee, this option is also available at the checkout.

Postage prices will vary depending on distance and weight of delivery. This will be calculated at the checkout, however please feel free to email us for any additional information.
